Certified Referral Bonus – $25
Earn $25 for every certified friend you refer. All employees must work a required 80 hours.
Uncertified Referral Bonus – $15
Refer a friend who is not Lifeguard certified. You get $15 when they take an AP training course.

Pool Manager jobs
As an on-site Pool Manager, your primary responsibility is to supervise staff between two and 10 lifeguards while maintaining a safe swimming environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding area.
